Pankaja Alahakoon is the Managing Director of Switch Production, a creative media and production company dedicated to delivering high-quality visual storytelling, media production, and artistic excellence. As a passionate creative professional, he has devoted his career to developing innovative productions that inspire, entertain, and connect with audiences.

Pankaja successfully completed a Diploma in Drama and Performing Arts at the University of the Visual and Performing Arts, Sri Lanka. His academic journey provided him with a strong foundation in acting, directing, theatre production, performance studies, and creative communication.

Further enhancing his artistic knowledge and practical experience, he participated in drama training programs associated with the legacy of renowned Sri Lankan dramatist and theatre educator Somalatha Subasinghe. Somalatha Subasinghe was one of Sri Lanka's most respected theatre pioneers and founded the Lanka Children's and Youth Theatre Foundation (Play House), which has trained generations of actors, directors, and theatre professionals.

As the leader of Switch Production, Pankaja oversees creative development, production planning, project management, team coordination, and strategic growth. His leadership is driven by a commitment to creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning.

With a deep appreciation for drama, performing arts, film, and digital media, he strives to create meaningful content that reflects both artistic quality and social relevance. His vision is to empower creative talent, embrace innovation, and contribute to the advancement of Sri Lanka's media and entertainment industry.
